Remote View
Lincoln utilizes a robust diagnostic toolkit that monitors your technology infrastructure enabling
proactive problem resolution in the background without interrupting users. This toolkit, in conjunction
with our state of the art Network Operations Center (NOC), will provide enhance responsiveness to any
monitored technology issue that you may experience.
The NOC will monitor key performance metrics to provide a complete understanding of the current state of
your IT infrastructure. In addition to performance metrics, the NOC will also monitor the state of your
systems and escalate any outages to a predetermined escalation group for remediation. Some of the

A Lincoln Remote View device will be installed on the customer premise and will perform the necessary monitoring of the infrastructure. This device utilizes a secure communications channel (SSL) to communication with Lincoln Computer Systems. This device will also validate network connectivity from a client perspective to key IT services such as Active Directory, MS Exchange, Citrix, and even your custom applications as long as they communicates through the network.
